To ensure that you are able to continue to audit your accounts we keep your data saved.

No data is deleted from the data and tables given the links these have to suppliers and buyers. They are kept indefinitely except for any personal user information which retains billing events for 3 years and user activity for 1 year.

We also don't delete organisations if you are no longer users of PurchasePlus and instead will just remove your access which can be restored at any time.
