If the Supplier confirms they have sent the invoice in question electronically to Purchase Plus via electronic Invoicing system in ePDF form, please reach out to the Marketboomer Customer Success team for assistance via any of the below channels.

(Note - all Invoices sent electronically by the Supplier to Purchase Plus via ePDF should be visible and searchable within 15 minutes of transmission.)
