Stock Reconciliation Report

Example:

  • Opening Balance - Closing balance of the stock take for a previously closed stock take for each location

    • Only full stock takes (not partial)

    • Previous stock take e.g. if the current month is June, it shows the May stock take if closed

  • Closing Balance - Closing balance of the stock take for the current closed stock take for each location

    • Only full stock takes (not partial)

    • Current stock take e.g. if the current month is June, it shows the June stock take if closed

  • Direct Purchase Value - The sum of all the transfer items from Suppliers to the stock locations i.e. Stock Receipts

    • Where the destination is the specified location

  • Sale Value - The sum of all the transfer items of completed outgoing transfers to the location that were processed between an open and closed date

    • Where the origin is the specified location

  • Transfer In Value - The sum of all the transfer items of completed incoming transfers of the following types: Stock Transfer, Internal Requisition Transfer

    • Where the origin is the specified location

  • Transfer Out Value - The sum of all the transfer items of completed outgoing transfers of the following types: Stock Transfer, Internal Requisition Transfer

    • Where the origin is the specified location

  • Adjustment Value - The difference of the outgoing adjustment transfers and the incoming adjustments transfers

    • Incoming adjustment transfers - sum of all the transfer items of completed incoming adjustment transfers

    • Outgoing adjustment transfers - sum of all the transfer items of completed incoming adjustment transfers

  • Price Adjustment Value - The sum of the adjusted value of all the value adjustments

  • Variance Value - The sum of the completed variance transfers

Notes:

  • The periods need to be fully closed (not partial)

  • Transfers need to be completed to be included
