  1. Navigate to [Settings] - [Departments] as seen below:
    ​

2. Select the [Business Settings] tab and scroll to the bottom of this section to reveal the [Terms And Conditions] field:

3. Add your terms and conditions, followed by the 'tab' button to save. Your terms and conditions will now be listed on the bottom of each Purchase Order you send:
