Yes, a full list of Users can be exported by following the instructions below.

1. Go to [Dashboards] - [Snapshots] - [User Account].

2. In the report window, click on [+User Account] and leave the User field blank.

3. Click [Save] and the report will be generated.

4. Download the file by clicking on the 'Export File Name' link.

Note: the spreadsheet will need to be filtered accordingly for the desired results.
