The Marketboomer Supplier Relationship Team are available between the hours of 9am and 6pm (AEST) Monday to Friday by either calling 1300 411 014, emailing [email protected] or using our online chat support once you are logged into Purchase Plus.

Once you are logged into Purchase Plus you can use the Help function at anytime. The Help function is located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

When you click on 'Help' a pop-up window will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. This pop up also gives you access to all the previous conversations you have had with the Marketboomer Success Team, and to our Help Guide library.

To start a new conversation with the Customer Success Team, simply click on [New Conversation] button and type in the space provided and then click [Send]. 

The Customer Success Team will respond within a few minutes during business hours.
