There are 2 places in Purchase Plus where you can check the Purchase Orders you are being billed for.

If it is a small number of Purchase Orders, go to [Customer Documents,] [Customer Orders.] There you can see the Purchase Orders raised, along with their sent date.

If you are looking for a large number of Purchase Orders, go to [Dashboards,] [Snapshots,] and select one of the "Purchase Order By..." Snapshots

Purchase Order By Customer
Step 1. In [Purchase Order By Customer,] click the green [+ Purchase Order By Customer] button in the top left of the screen.

Step 2. In the pop-up window, input the desired date range. To see data for ALL Purchasers, DO NOT select a Purchase from the drop-down The click [Save.]

Step 3. The [Status] of the report will show as "Open." Wait a few seconds before refreshing the page. Once the [Status] has changed to "Complete," you can download the file.

Purchase Order Summary

This Snapshot will show you the total value and number or Purchase Orders received per Customer.

Step 1. In [Purchase Order Summary,] click the green [+ Purchase Order Summary] button in the top left of the screen.

Step 2. In the pop-up window, input the desired date range. To see data for ALL Purchasers, DO NOT select a Purchase from the drop-down The click [Save.]

Step 3. The [Status] of the report will show as "Open." Wait a few seconds before refreshing the page. Once the [Status] has changed to "Complete," you can download the file.
