Why can't I see the green '+' button?

In this section, we will show you what to do if you can't see the green '+' button.

To fix this error, please follow the below steps.

1. Sign out of Purchase Plus.

2. Clear the computer's browser cache. If Purchase Plus' recommended browser, Google Chrome, is being used, press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE on the keyboard. Then click the [Clear data] button.

3. Log back into Purchase Plus. The 'green' [+Requisition] button should now be visible.

If after clearing the browser cache the 'green' [+] button is still not visible, please let us know by using the Help button in Purchase Plus or call us on 1300 411 014, and we will resolve this as soon as possible for you.
